ATP created the TITANIUM package in response to its customers’ requests. “Our customers told us that they needed a warranty that had more coverage than the standard ATP line, but not as much coverage as the comprehensive NTP line, so we created a new product that is exactly what they are looking for,” said Robert S. In some ways, the creation of TITANIUM can be characterized as mass customization, he added”.
